Description:

A strategic company program was in crisis after about 3 years of development. The program was put to the test by the board of directors. After an extensive re-planning, a re-launch was carried out, but after a short time this proved to be too costly. The program was discontinued. After a detailed technical market and competence analysis, the product roadmap was adjusted. A medium-term and a long-term program were started in parallel and handed over after a successful start of development.
